Panda's Story...
Available both on the mainland and in Victoria this beautiful young girl is just shy of being a year old and weighs 33 pounds. Panda is a Terrier mix and a bundle of joy. She loves every other dog she meets and is incredibly playful. Most impressive is how she responds to every human she meets. Such a sweetheart, with a medium energy level, we think she would do well in a home with children. She might be okay with felines if introduced properly. Even at this young age, she walks well on leash so surely will be a well behaved adult. Rescued by our sister organization in Mexico, Panda has been spayed, fully dewormed and is current on all vaccines. She has made her way to foster care in British Columbia where she awaits her forever family. This is one fun loving gal who wins over everyone she meets. If you think she would be perfect for your family, contact us at info.pvca@gmail.com for an application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Panda, a Nanaimo Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Nanaimo, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Nanaimo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nanaimo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nanaimo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nanaimo paves the way for another one to be saved.
