I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Blueberry's Story...
Meet one of the Donut puppies. Mom and her puppies were rescued from a shelter when they were 3 days old. Mom appears to be a yellow lab mix, but is smaller than a full lab. The puppies' daddy is a mystery. As they grow up we hope to be able to make a guess. Based on markings at this point maybe Lab/Beagle?

The puppies were born on September 19th so won't be ready for forever homes until mid-November. We will take applications and try to have approved adopters for them all as soon as they are old enough to go home.

If you are interested in giving this sweet baby a home, please email jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we will send you an application to complete and email back, or you can visit our website http://jojosdoghouse.com and download one. Adoption fee is $250, which includes age-appropriate vaccinations, parasite treatment and prevention and microchip with lifetime registration. Thanks for choosing adoption!

Visit our Facebook page JoJo's DogHouse (non-profit) to learn more about us and see many of the dogs we have rescued.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blueberry, a Gallatin Labrador Retriever/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Beagle for sale in Gallatin, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Beagle puppy from a breeder in Gallatin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gallatin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gallatin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Beagle breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gallatin paves the way for another one to be saved.
