With his lustrous coat and happy prance, Niko can put a smile on your face if you are willing to sit back and let him charm you. This sweet boy is ready to meet his forever family that is willing to let him be who he is as he continues to experience the world as we know it. Niko has great sensitivity, and a huge warm side to him, that grows deeper with devotion to the humans in his life as he gets to know them and begins to feel comfortable in his surroundings. His favorite past time is to chew on his bone on his dog bed and hang out in the fenced yard and watch the squirrels race by. He asks for very little and enjoys being the center of attention especially when that attention involves being brushed! His foster mom enjoys mentoring him in her home environment and has been amazed at how quickly he learns what she is teaching him at any particular moment. Niko is gentle and a gentlemen in his surroundings, he is not a barker, he is eager to learn and he is attentive. We are looking for a calm home with no cats or young children along with a fenced in yard for Niko to become one with. He is fully vetted and up to date with all vaccines. Niko's left eye is non functioning from a very old injury which does not cause pain and does not require any medication. Niko is ready for his forever family.
