Tootsie and her brother Boeing were adopted from us as kittens. Now 7 years later they have been returned to us by their owners. The owners stated that ever since they had children, Boeing has been urinating outside the litter box off and on. They could not bear to separate the two so they both came back into the shelter. We are always here to take our animals back for whatever reason. In this case they had not been kept up to date regular vet visits, on their vaccines and the owners had both cats declawed (much to our dismay). They can go home together or separately. Since Boeing has been here he has been using the litterbox just fine and we have both cats up to date on all their vaccines. Tootsie was a bit scared when she first came in but has warmed up nicely. She is a total sweetie and loves when the volunteers come to visit. She will be a welcome addition to any home. Please hurry in to see her today.
*Per JSAC policy, puppies and kittens under 6 months will not be adopted to families with children under the age of 6 years.
