Sonny (Sammy)'s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Sonny (Sammy)'s Story...
Sonny is an 8 yr old (dob Aug 13, 2008) male apricot Miniature Poodle that loves to play and fetch a ball. Sonny's former owners passed away leaving Sonny without a home and people to love. He is neutered, up to date on shots and HeartWorm preventative. He is a bit chunky due to being fed too much human food, but is well on his way to get his boyish figure back. Sonny walks well on a leash and loves going for short walks. His front leg is a bit weak possibly from an old injury so short walks are fine at this time. With some weight loss and gentle exercise, the leg may strengthen ... a joint supplement is suggested too.
Sonny is a great dog with a lot of years left to be a loving companion.
.
Sonny's adoption fee is $350

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sonny (Sammy), a Mississauga Miniature Poodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Poodle for sale in Mississauga, or seeking a Miniature Poodle dog from a breeder in Mississauga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mississauga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mississauga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Poodle breeders who help with Miniature Poodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mississauga paves the way for another one to be saved.
