Phineas was an owner surrender to a local kill shelter as a result of domestic home issues. But, it's all about Phineas and you can start to see his transformation!
He's feeling better, but would be feeling so much more comfortable in a foster home to decompress and learn what it really means to feel love and affection. He's estimated to be about seven years old and hasn't shown any ill feelings towards us two-legged creatures, as well as though walking around on all four. he would do best in a home without little kids.
He'll get vetted this week, but if you have interest in fostering, or even adopting this well deserving fellow, please email us
