My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I’m Carly. I am estimated to be around 5 years old and I weigh 7 lbs. I was found living under a shed with 4 other Chi’s after my owner abandoned us. We were found by the property owner only after he came to check on his house and heard us barking for help. We hadn’t been fed in some time and we were so dirty that it took our foster mom 4 baths each to get us clean and free from fleas.

I was very scared when I first came into my foster mom’s home but now have figured out that living inside is a good thing. I even went to a Pet Expo this past weekend and really enjoyed all of the attention that I got from people who loved on me.

I’m not house trained but seem to be crate trained and I really enjoy going outside. I am UTD on my shots, on heartworm preventative, spayed and I’ve also had a dental. I have a 4/6 heart murmur but I don't show any signs of having a murmur and I'm not on any medication for this.

If you’ll be patient with me while I get to know you, I’ll be a great addition to your family.
