Rory's Story...
Name: Rory
Breed: Lab/Beagle mix
Age: Puppy
Gender: Male

Rory is a 7 week (as-of September 22) male Lab/Beagle mix puppy, born and raised in a loving foster home so already has a head start on house training and crate training, along with being well socialized. He's used to kids, dogs, cats, and is the most outgoing and curious of his litter... he's ready for an adventure, and that little tail is always wagging. We don't know adult size, and he's a baby, so a lot of training still ahead.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rory, a Minneapolis Labrador Retriever/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Beagle for sale in Minneapolis, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Beagle puppy from a breeder in Minneapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minneapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minneapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Beagle breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minneapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
