Olivia's Story...
Name: Olivia
Breed: Catahoula mix
Age: Adult
Gender: Female

Olivia is a 45-50 pound female Catahoula mix, a beautiful girl who craves affection and tries to melt into you to show her love for you. This girl has never had a home that has cared about her, she is so happy to be having attention that her tail wags nonstop. Rescued from a pound, she is learning the house training, crates for the workday, and loves other dogs. She can be a little shy with new men but never mean, and warms up with treats and walks. Olivia is used to a more rural environment so would prefer a home with a yard please. She is medium energy, very smart, and so sweet. She is available October 30th to adopt.

Requirements: Home with a yard

You can email kladams4545@gmail.com with questions and for a preadopt application. This dog has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated as age appropriate, tested for heartworm disease if age appropriate, and dewormed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olivia, a Minneapolis Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Minneapolis, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Minneapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minneapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minneapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minneapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
