Wolfy is an adorable senior shepherd/husky mix who came to us from down south. He is about 10 years old, but don't tell him that! Under that grey face is the spirit of a puppy who wants to make up for lost time. He came into the pound severely undersocialized, but saying "he has blossomed since being in foster care" is an understatement. This boy has become a whole new dog as he discovers just how neat the world around him is. He is learning how much fun being in a house is. Toys have been discovered and LOVED. Companions have been discovered and adored. He is fostered with other dogs and cats and does well with everyone he's met! Coming from an outdoor home, Wolfy is still learning house manners. He is learning fast, but his new home will have to remind him. A mischievous grin is usually found on his face as he discovers the goodies counters contain, but the "off" command is one he reluctantly obeys. He is working on his house training and catching on extremely fast. The same goes for his crate training; he won't go in on command quite yet, but will go in for a treat and makes himself comfy once in there. This boy is a perfect combination of senior dog with puppy spunk, his pure joy in life is contagious to all that meet him.
