Linus's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Linus's Story...
Linus is a BIG goofball. He came into the high kill shelter with his mother Lucy. (They can be seperated) He was rescued on his kill day. He LOVES everyone and all dogs. Seems ok with outside cats. He loves to play and loves attention. He is BIG and strong. He hasnt had much training that we can see, so someone with a little experience would fit well with him. He is very willing to please.. He estimate him around a year old. He is roughly 70lbs. He needs to fill out some, so will be bigger, probably around 100lbs.
He will be neutered, current on all shots, heartworm negative, started on heartworm preventative, and flea and tick meds. Would really make a great pet.. His adoption fee is $175.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Linus, a Wytheville Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Wytheville, or seeking a Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Wytheville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wytheville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wytheville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Rottweiler/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wytheville paves the way for another one to be saved.
