Quincy came to us from a bad situation, and he was not doing well at the shelter. That is where our friends at Above & Beyond Dog Training stepped in to help. Quincy has spent the past few weeks in "Board & Train" with them. He is doing very well and is learning to trust people again. Quincy needs someone who will be patient with him and will continue his training regime. He needs a low traffic home with no children as well. Quincy has made such progress, and is ready for his forever home! If you are interested, please contact the Voorhees Animal Orphanage via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, or 856-627-9111. We will schedule an off site meeting for Quincy and potential adopters, for the kennel atmosphere is just to stressful on him. Thank you Above & Beyond Dog Training for your kindness and help with this special boy. Now let's find Quincy the home he deserves!
The Animal Orphanage of Voorhees is a loving place that welcomes 2,000 homeless pets each year. Our shelter is open intake, which means our doors are open to dogs and cats of any age, medical condition or breed. We are a no-kill facility and do not euthanize for space. We are a non-profit organization and depend on donations and volunteers to keep our shelter doors open.
Come Meet Our Pets...
Our orphanage is open to the public Monday-Friday from 12pm to 7pm, with the exception of the second Wednesday of each month during which we are closed for major cleaning. On weekends you can visit our orphans between 12pm and 5pm Saturday and Sunday. We also have some adorable adoptable cats and kittens at offsite locations: PetSmart in Marlton and PetValu stores of Cherry Hill, Marlton and Voorhees.
Our Adoption Process...
All potential adopters must be at least 21 years of age. An application must be completed and can take up to a week to process. Once an application is approved, family meets, dog meets (if applicable) and home checks must be completed.
Humane America Animal Foundation, dba Adopt-a-Pet.com, is a non-profit, tax-deductible 501(c)(3) adoption advertising charity. Our mission (and passion) is to help
get homeless pets out of the shelters and into loving homes. Let us know what you think! Suggestion & Comment Box
