O'Malley's Story...
Hiiii! My name is O'malley and it's nice to meet you! I am a gentle man looking for my forever home. I have had a pretty hard life so far, living on the streets of Denver. I came to the shelter with some pretty bad medical issues but thanks to the people here I have been cleared and deemed healthy! I would love to go to a home where I am the only furchild. I think I could do well with older kids however. If I sound like a match come and see me today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

O'Malley, a Denver Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
