Henry's Story...
Hello, I'm Henry, senior front declawed kitty who needs a forever home. I may be cautious with people at first although I do like being pet. I will let you know when I have had enough though because I can be a stubborn old man at times. I love lounging around in comfy beds and watching laser pointers but what I love most is food!! You may even hear me grumbling while I'm eating if you try to talk to me or take my food- that's how much I love it. In my previous home I lived with children who liked me but they had allergies so I could not live there anymore. My previous family called me " an awesome family cat." Stop in soon and see what you think about me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Henry, a Reisterstown Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Reisterstown, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Reisterstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Reisterstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Reisterstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Reisterstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
