Anax's Story...
Hi I'm Anax! I'm about 10 months old. I was abandoned in a yard because I had Parvo. I was taken to the shelter where I would have been put down, when Pack N Pounce pulled me out and brought me to the vet. I spent a week there, and now I'm doing great! I was only 37lbs and I'm supposed to be 70-100lbs when I'm full grown. I'm gaining weight daily! I got my neuter and I'm already at 60lbs and gaining more everyday! I'm now housebroken and learning not to hug everyone. I am learning leash manners too. I am happy to have people around to play with, cuddle with and to walk with. I can be feisty around other dogs that get feisty with me, but I don't really want to fight. I'm all better from Parvo and will never again get sick from it. And because I'm all better it is safe for me to be around other dogs now! I am going to the. Dog park and meeting other dogs and we are having a great time! I'm ready for adoption and excited to meet my new family! I have been dewormed, had my yearly Distemper-Parvo combo, my kennel cough vaccination and neuter!

My adoption donation is only $400

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Anax, a Ogden Doberman Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Ogden, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher puppy from a breeder in Ogden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ogden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ogden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ogden paves the way for another one to be saved.
