Jade's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Jade's Story...
This beauty right here is Jade. And believe you me, that name is perfect for this jem. Our lovely lady came from a rough situation and has been with us the longest of all our dogs right now. But that's not to say she isn't the sweetest stinkin' dog you'll ever meet. Jade has a knack for wiggling her way right into the heart of every human she meets. Miss Jade absolutely adores running that will push and challenge even the most seasoned of runners. She still has a couple quirks we're working on, but we're are absolutely confident this diamond in the rough will exceed expectation.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jade, a Douglas Pit Bull Terrier/Weimaraner dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Weimaraner for sale in Douglas, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Weimaraner dog from a breeder in Douglas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Douglas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Douglas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Weimaraner breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Douglas paves the way for another one to be saved.
