Ginger's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Ginger's Story...
Miss Ginger is easily one of the sweetest dogs we have ever met. Her hobbies include following you around, making you laugh, and cuddling until you can't cuddle anymore. As with a lot of the dogs that come through our door, Ginger is a bit of a special case dog. While she gets along quite famously with cats, Ginger doesn't do well with other dogs. But don't let that scare you off - once you meet her and she snuggles up with you, you'll want to give her all your affection anyhow. Ginger is especially talented at melting hearts and making smiles.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ginger, a Douglas Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Douglas, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Douglas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Douglas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Douglas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Douglas paves the way for another one to be saved.
