Here's what the humans have to say about me:
When the rescue was called to help with a breeder and an eviction, we went to help out. We took Mozart and several other Schnauzers and their litter of puppies. Mozart is about 2 years old, and weighs about 8-10 pounds, and is full bred Mini Schnauzer. He was severely matted when we got him, so we brought him to our groomers, and unfortunately, he had to be shaved. Schnauzers do require periodic grooming. He is a bit shy, but warms up quickly and loves to sit with you. He is good with other dogs, and cats too!! He has a calm, gentle temperament. He loves to play with his toys, people and the other dogs. He is crate trained, and we are working on potty training and that is going very well. If you are interested, and would like to meet Mozart, and give him the home he so deserves, let us know!!
As part of your adoption package, each dog will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip (with lifetime registration), and be spayed/neutered. If the dog is not spayed or neutered at time of adoption, the adopter will be responsible to transport the dog, to and from dropoff/pickup point. Each dog will receive 6 mths of heartworm preventative medication. You are entitled to a free physical exam for your dog. You will receive a free bag of premium dog food, and a gift card from Choice Pet Market. Each of our dogs comes with 4 training classes that are mandatory to attend. These classes take place at Choice Pet Market in Chandler on a Tues or Wed evening from 6-7 pm, and will be scheduled after adoption.
