Found a few weeks ago when he appeared in the feral colony maintained by one of Brooklyn Animal Action’s rescuers, Oscar was crying out for help on a steep hill. Needless to say, the BAA rescuer climbed over and scooped him up without hesitation, knowing he was far too young to be on his own and outdoors.
Oscar’s rescuer thinks there must be a mama cat that comes to the colony when she isn’t around—which is how Oscar got to be where he was. Luckily, he’s now inside, where he’s learned that human love is super great and indoor living is the very best. His rescuer describes him as a “little peanut with a big personality”—too precious! When he isn’t being sweet with humans, he’s having an amazing time with his foster siblings, and so, like all young kittens, he must go to a home with another kitty.
Oscar tested negative for FeLV/FIV and is up to date on vaccines. He will be neutered once he is old enough! If you’d like to schedule a playdate with Oscar, contact Tara Green at firstname.lastname@example.org!
