Nick's Story...
Hi, everyone! Little Nick here. I just arrived at rescue and am still settling in, but am loving it. I was on my last day at the kill shelter when several volunteers, both there and here, rallied to save me. They said I was just too sweet to lose.

And guess what?! I’m just as adorable as I am sweet.

Because the first photo they saw of me was in a cage, they jokingly called me “Nicholas Cage” or, of course, just Nick for short. It stuck.

I am a fun little man around 2-3 years old who loves everyone I meet. I’m easygoing, smart and I love to cuddle.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nick, a Conyers Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Conyers, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Conyers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conyers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conyers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conyers paves the way for another one to be saved.
