Ramino's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Ramino's Story...
Meet Raimo, a senior poodle mix! Ramino came to ADA from our local shelter. Though he is mostly blind, he is house trained, good with other dogs, and loves to play! His eyes have been examined by a vet who believes at Ramino's age, its best to let them stay as they are and avoid the stress of extensive sugery. Could you be the retirement home Ramino needs? You are welcome to call Amy at 540-487-8385

$175.00 adoption donation helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough) , microchipped and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites if needed. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as surgeries and dentals. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ramino, a Staunton Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
