Grace is a happy, good natured 75 pound, one year and a half, Anatolian Shepherd (Turkish herding dog). Rescued from the East Valley Shelter June 2016 at just a year old. She loves all people (all ages) and all dogs. Not sure about cats but she is very smart and trainable. Completed 7-week Karma Dog training She is a BIG puppy with a lot of playful energy. Not aggressive at all. Needs a secure yard, not because she wants or tries to escape but because she can easily bound over a 3.5-4 foot fence to chase a squirrel! She is potty trained, knows all her basic commands and is great on the leash. She is also Fabulous in the car- is calm & quiet in back seat and loves riding with her nose out the window!
Ideal home...with large back yard and in/out access, DAILY visits to dog park, beach or daycare for play buddies, or at home a similar size/energy sibling-nothing wears her out better than canine friends. 45 minute morning hike and 30 minute evening walk not quite enough sometimes if you're planning to go out for the evening, but she is totally chill with family home.
