OH HAI! Are you this 'light at the end of the tunnel' I keep hearing about? Are you my purr-ever home? Are those adoption PAPERS you're signing? And do they say 'Riley' on them? That's MY name! (scrunches eyes tight) Please don't let this be a dream...please don't let this be a dream...

Adorable Riley is looking for a place to call home! Riley is super sweet, but also has lots of energy! She is curious and adventurous, always looking for something or someone to play with. Could your home be her next great adventure? Riley would make a great addition to any household, and is young enough to adapt to living with other cats or even dogs. All of Riley's brothers and sisters have been adopted, and now its this beautiful girl's turn to find her forever family!

Foster Update! 'Riley is a sweet little girl.  She is very curious and playful.  She particularly loves playing with her brother and sister.  She comes to me when I call 'here little girl' and likes to roll on her back for a belly rub.  She likes cuddling but is not a demanding love-bug, and is as content to nap on the floor or a chair as to sleep on my lap.'

Due to her young age, Riley has not yet been spayed. As part of the adoption contract, it will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that this is done no later than 2/10/2017.

The adoption fee for this cat is $150 ($275 for two cats or kittens adopted together), which includes the cost of routine vetting. If you are interested in adopting, please download our Adoption Questionnaire and email it to Amanda at!

About Lucky Dog Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue is a group of highly motivated and highly dedicated volunteers. We spend countless hours making sure that wonderful dogs find loving forever homes. We don't do it for money -- we do it for the joy a dog can bring to its new family; we do it for our love of animals; and we do it to save lives!

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our adoption events are held each weekend. A schedule of times and locations can be found at

Our Adoption Process...

The adoption process begins when you submit an adoption application either online or at an adoption event. The individual responsible for the dog you are interested in adopting - a position we call the “adoption coordinator” - will then set up a time to discuss your application over the telephone. The adoption coordinator will check your vet reference to make sure all current and past pets were kept up-to-date with their shots and medical care. The adoption coordinator will also set up a home visit with one of our trained volunteers. That individual will come to your home to ensure that it is a safe environment, to confirm that everyone in the home is on board with adopting a dog, and to discuss any other questions you may have about dog adoption!
