My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cheese is a very sweet, handsome young kitty who, as you can see, wears eyeliner everyday. He is a very gentle, playful purring machine. He loves to romp with his brothers, Mac and Rooney. They and their feral mother were living in a parking lot and rescued by a caring couple when the kittens were about 3 1/2 months old. The couple took them to their vet where they were treated for worms and minor infections. They are now very healthy.

Cheese was scared and ran to hide when first moved to his foster home. Within a few days, he and his brothers discovered the perks of indoor living and the joy of lots of love. Cheese has become an affectionate little guy who loves attention. He enjoys sitting in his foster mom's lap and purring. If she's standing when holding him, he sometimes likes to put his front legs over her shoulder.

Cheese hasn't been around dogs. He loves to play with his brothers and would probably do fine with other cats. He is sometimes still scared by loud noises and hides when he hears his foster mom's young toddler grandchildren. He is a very gentle, non-aggressive cat who has never bitten or scratched anyone.

Cheese is still shy with new people and will need a little time to adjust to the move into his new home. He may be scared and hide at first, but if you have some love and patience to give to this sweet boy, it won't be long before he is purring for you and making a cheese melt of your heart.
