My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rooney is a sweet, very pretty young boy with beautiful coloring of cream and white. He is a very gentle but playful kitty who loves to romp with his brothers, Mac and Cheese. They and their feral mother were living in a parking lot and rescued by a caring couple when the kittens were about 3 1/2 months old. The couple took them to their vet where they were treated for worms and minor infections. They are very healthy now.

Rooney has done well in his foster home. Even though he was scared the first day, he let his foster mom put him in her lap and enjoyed being petted.
Within a few days he and his brothers discovered the perks of indoor living and the joy of lots of love. Rooney has become an affectionate little guy who enjoys attention and loves giving his foster mom nose rubs.

Rooney hasn't been around dogs. He loves to play with his brothers and would probably do fine with other cats. He is still scared by loud noises and hides when hearing his foster mom's young grandchildren. However, he is a very gentle, non-aggressive cat who has never bitten or scratched anyone.

Rooney is still shy with new people and will probably need a little time and patience while adjusting to the move into his forever home. In the beginning he might be scared and hide, but with patience and love it won't be long before he is purring and giving you nose kisses.

All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.
