Look who enjoys the company of cats? 'Blink' that's who! Our wonderful boy is hoping for his forever home soon. His heartworm treatment behind him now Blink is just about ready to get going with his life. His neuter is scheduled for next week (week of 1/9/17).
Everybody say hello to Busters Blink! This sweet soul now has a chance to a life full of new adventures and happy tails! Thanks to his foster family for stepping up to help save this boy's life! The one sad thing about this delightful guy is that he's heart worm positive!! We have him on his pre-treatment protocol antibiotics to get him ready for the first treatment. It's disheartening that this dreaded disease is preventable and yet so many dogs are carriers because they weren't on prevention! We are asking for donations to help us get Blink treated and ready for adoption. He so deserves a forever family! We're going to get his fundraising campaign up and we will gladly accept donations on account at Healthy Paws Veterinary Care Center. We will surely have this silly guy good to go in no time!

WHO WE ARE: The Buster Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and re-homing pit bulls and bully breed mixes. Through decades of cruelty, unethical breeding and irresponsible ownership, a once beloved family dog has now found itself the victim of discrimination and abuse, and a source of misdirected public fear. We believe that every dog is an individual, deserving of a loving home, proper care, and a fair shake, regardless of breed. We hope our efforts lead to a better educated and more compassionate public.
The Buster Foundation is an ALL VOLUNTEER organization, and does not operate a shelter. All Buster dogs are cared for in foster homes by volunteers who commit their homes and free time to rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption efforts.
We respect our volunteer's fierce commitment to our dogs and trust you will understand why we cannot always respond immediately to requests and inquiries. We make every effort to have a volunteer respond to inquiries and questions within 72 hours. We thank you for your understanding and patience! Please try again if you do not receive a response within 72 hours.
