Finder's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Finder's Story...
Easy Going Kind of Guy!

Meet Finder, a handsome 5 year old, 36 pound Lemon Beagle boy who has finished his heartworm treatment and is now ready for the next step to his new life, a forever home!

Finder is very mellow, loving and good boy. He gets along with dogs, cats and kids, but prefers to be with his human. I feel he'd be a great companion dog because where ever his human is, he wants to be.

Finder is housetrained, crate trained, is great in the car and is somewhat of a couch potato. Finder doesn't bark a lot, so he may be good in an apartment.

Finder's forever home wishes are:

A family of his own
Medium crate (he does like to go in and nap)
Fence or not. I think he would enjoy the walks with his human. He never stays out very long, only if I'm outside with him
If you're looking for a honey of a dog, Finder is your Beagle. Gentle, loving, easy going and can't wait until his human walks in the door or gets up in the morning. He'll be there for you. And though he would be happy with a "family", I also feel he'd be happy to be someone's "only" pet. No competition for loving. Check him out.

If you'd like to meet Finder, check his webpage to see what adoption events he'll be attending. Or meet and greet arrangements can also be made.

He'll be watching for you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Finder, a Chicago Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
