Coco is a beautiful Belgian Shepherd mix with easy-going personality. She behaves well around people and is gentle with young children. She Gets along with other dogs as well as cats.

Coco not only has beautiful shiny coat, but also a beautiful heart. She is docile and calm; she follows commands and directions really well. She is a little shy in new environment but her gentle and submissive nature will make her quickly adapt to the new place as she was directed.

About Coco:
Coco was found roaming around the market place with her two youngsters. They were often pushed around by venders. A lady took this stray family in and settled them outside her place under the porch, chained all the time. One of the puppies died from sickness not long afterwards; soon some neighbors were unhappy about their taking up the walkway space and wanted to have the animal control to remove them.
Thankfully a volunteer found Coco and her remaining daughter a foster family to prepare them for adoption, and the young puppy was soon adopted by a nice family.

Coco already passed a complete physical and has up to date shots and rabies. She is ready for her own forever home. Please give Coco a loving home and the chance of a happy dog life!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coco, a Castro Valley Belgian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Belgian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever for sale in Castro Valley, or seeking a Belgian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Castro Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Castro Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Castro Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Belgian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Belgian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Castro Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
