Autumn (Fern)'s Story...
THIS beauty's name was initially Fern, but we thought a beautiful timely name would be "Autumn." This pretty cat should have a pretty name. Autumn is a stunning, split-face tortie, and, needlessly, somebody notched her ear. Surrendered by owners, Autumn and her daughter had litters at the same time. The daughter was a so-so mom, and like daughters sometimes do, let her mother do all the work and take on all the responsibility, which Autumn gladly did. The daughter has been adopted. Both litters have been adopted, and Autumn is left with nothing. She has lost all her babies, and her heart is broken. She's lonely and sad. Autumn doesn't deserve this. She is so sweet, loving and calm, and a really wonderful cat. Please adopt this poor girl?

Autumn is wormed, spayed, vaccinated and chipped. Indoor home. No declawing. Call 208-477-1452 now!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Autumn (Fern), a Meridian Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Meridian, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Meridian.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Meridian already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Meridian breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Meridian paves the way for another one to be saved.
