With his beautifully colored fur and his stately posture, Regal earns his name. At 10 pounds and two years old, this pup has had his share of life’s obstacles, including spending four months in puppy-jail for committing no crime at all. Yet, he remains sweet and composed with those who treat him with love and care. Regal isn’t sure what his full lineage is, but we know that he is a chihuahua. Though his fellow chi’s have a reputation of being excitable and yappy, Regal keeps his calm and doesn’t bark often. However, he is dog-selective. He knows that his affection is worth it’s weight in gold and he does not give it to other canines on a whim. Regal will likely thrive the most in a home as an only dog, but he is willing to give a dog a chance if it means he gets to find a forever home with a human or two that he can love on and cuddle with. If you are looking for a canine friend to shower with love, please consider this one. If you’d like to meet Regal, please fill out an application at rescuerovers.org .
