Mick Jagger's Story...
Hi, my name is MICK JAGGER and I am a HANDSOME 6 month old BROWN TABBY male. I was recently rescued from a terrible hoarding situation where I was kept in a crate for most of my life! Thank goodness Posh Pets saved me from that horrendous experience. Now I’m free to roam, gone are the confines of that terrible situation. Here are a few facts about me from one of my rescuers: “Mick Jagger is a SWEET, HAPPY, PLAYFUL guy. He might seem a little shy at first, but he soon WARMS UP and is a true DELIGHT. He will fall asleep in your arms and loves TUMMY RUBS. He gets along with OTHER CATS but is totally BONDED to his brother, Keith Richards so it is imperative that they get adopted together.” Looking for TWO cats to love and cherish fur-ever? Arrange to meet us! We are neutered, UTD on shots, and FIV/FeLV negative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mick Jagger, a Long Beach Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
