Moonbeam was a stray and found her way to someone's home. She had an injured leg. They took her to a vet and their option was to either fix or amputate. When the family heard this they decided to euthanize and that was not an option with the vet. So one of our volunteers stepped in and rescued this sweet girl. Moonbeam did get her leg amputated. She is fine. She is just a sweet girl who walks fine and does not let having 3 legs stand in her way of enjoying herself. This sweetheart lives at my home she is the best gets along with big and small dogs runs the backyard with all the dogs , enjoys sleeping on the dog pillow in the living room. A real Gem Judy
