Beauty's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Beauty's Story...
Are you in the market for a laid back, easy going kitty? That's me. I'm perfectly content on your lap or in a window, taking a nap. I love to have my chin scratched but don't go past my shoulder blades! Calicos have this thing called cattitude- and I've definitely got a case of it. Give me a few weeks to settle in and you'll start seeing the real me. I love to play with string and I get along with other cats (I really like kittens!) but I'm not a fan of dogs. I'd do best with older children, 13+ because of my cattitude. I have a meow that sounds more like a gasp, but it's just my own personal trademark. I'm litter box trained, spayed, vaccinated, FeLV negative, previously front declawed, and dewormed. If you're looking for someone to keep your lap warm this winter look no further! I'm right here!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beauty, a Wichita Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Wichita, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Wichita.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wichita already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wichita breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wichita paves the way for another one to be saved.
