**Please Note: This is a courtesy listing, not a Pet Rescue of Maryland cat. For information on adopting Jam, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Jam is a sweet senior cat looking for a home. She would be happiest in a home as the only cat. She loves being with people and will talk to you to let you know she's ready for some attention. Jam will make someone a great companion cat. Could it be you?
Pet Rescue of Maryland is a non-profit animal rescue dedicated to saving the lives of dogs, cats, kittens and puppies. We are staffed only by volunteers and rely in the kindness of our community to financially support our efforts. We do not have a central shelter. All of our animals are fostered in our homes as if they were our pets. This allows us to assess each animal and help find the home that best fits with their needs. We treat each animal as if they are part of our family until they become part of yours.
Come Meet Our Pets...
We hold pet adoption events at various pet supply stores a couple of Saturdays a month. Please check our website at http://www.petrescueofmd.org/admin/events/ for event dates and locations.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter!
Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
