Bud was essentially abandoned with someone who didn't know much about birds and wasn't able to handle him. He was in need of some decent food and a bath. He's a little shy of hands, he's just getting used to being handled again. He will make a nice pet for someone with a little experience. He came in with Turbo, and he is fond of her but they are not bonded.
