Angel's Story...
Hi, I'm Angel. I'm a 4year old, 8lb, 7 way mix from the hoarding situation a few years ago. I was adopted, but my family is moving so they had to give me back. I am very friendly and live to meet new people. But I get jealous of affection, I don't want the people holding me to pet another dog, or too let others touch me. But if you set me on the floor, I'm willing to be friends with everyone. I will climb into the lap of anyone. I've never seen a cat, but I'm going to be tested with cats soon. I'm really busy with other dogs, but once they know that I'm not a toy we can be friends. I'm looking for a home that understands my quirky nature and will keep me safe, and others safe.

Love and stability are what I'm mostly looking for. A confident human that will treat me like a family member, and take me for walks, cuddle on the couch, and let me sleep in the bed with you.

I was given lots of human food, so I'm over weight and need a dental. The dental is included with my adoption. And exercise is very important for me to stay healthy. I'm spayed, dewormed and up to date on my vaccinations.

My adoption donation is only $175

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angel, a Ogden Chihuahua/Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Pug for sale in Ogden, or seeking a Chihuahua/Pug dog from a breeder in Ogden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ogden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ogden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Pug breeders who help with Chihuahua/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ogden paves the way for another one to be saved.
