Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pearl is 2 1/2 and just came from the Kansas farm after a very short racing career. She did not pass her small dog or cat testing.
Subject: Seeking a "Pet" Position
I recently relocated to Tucson, in search of a new career and hopefully a long-term relationship. I'm well traveled, having lived in West Virginia, Alabama, Florida, and Kansas, prior to moving to Arizona.
I pursued a career in racing, but after 17 races with disappointing results, I decided my talents may lie elsewhere. Someone suggested being a pet dog would be a good fit.
After doing some research, I agreed "pet" seemed to be the perfect choice. I'm a good age to embark on this new career path. I've outgrown those troublesome behaviors puppies sometimes exhibit, yet I'm young enough to adapt quickly to new environments.
Of course I've also prepared. I've googled squeaky toys, snacks, sofas and walkies. I'm also watching the pet hounds at Lazy Grey closely, and I'm confident I'll be able to mimic their actions.
If you'd like to set up an interview, please complete this on-line adoption application. My agent Paula will contact you to schedule the appointment. I look forward to napping on the sofa with you.
Kind Regards,
Pearl
