Bess will attend our adoption event on October 29th at the Fountain Valley Petsmart at 17940 Newhope St, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 from 1-5 PM.
Bess and Bronson are three months old as of October 15th. On October 22nd they will be attending the Costa Mesa Bark Park's Howl-o-ween event from 11-3 PM. Their mom is a Toy Fox Terrier/Chihuahua mix, their father(s) is/are unknown - although they do appear to be mixed with Rat Terrier and Dachshund. Their mom weighs nine pounds and they are expected to be 9 - 15 pounds full-grown. They were surrendered by the owner of their mom - in exchange for allowing us to spay, vaccinate and microchip her.
Both are very sweet. Bronson has a more outgoing and energetic personality and Bess is more mellow and laid-back. They are socialized well and get along great with other dogs. They would do well with cats and children that know how to hold/handle small dogs.
If you are interested in meeting this dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between 1-5 PM, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster parent.
All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, necessary vaccinations, fecal testing and deworming. Adoption fees vary solely based on age and size.
Puppies adoption fees range from $325 to $525 and always include the cost of Spay/Neuter, 4 sets of distemper/parvo vaccinations, Rabies and microchip at 4 months when altered, 2 de wormings, fecal testing and medication related to worms, or parasites (coccida/giardia).
All prospective adopters are required to complete an adoption application available on our website, www.poochmatch.com. The completed application may be returned via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com. An acknowledgement of receipt and review will be sent to you within twenty-four hours. Dogs of interest may generally be met between the hours of noon and 5 pm on Saturdays at Petsmart, Yorba Linda, 5521 Mirage Street, Savi Ranch Shopping Center, adjacent to the 91 freeway. Exit at Yorba Linda Boulevard/Weir Canyon Road.
