A volunteer writes: Zena is soooo sweet. Like, get a cavity after Trick-or-Treating sweet! Like diabetic coma sweet! She''s the kind of sweet that makes you want to squeeze her and kiss her and hold her like a baby. Ok, I may be over exaggerating a little bit; she won''t cause you any medical ailments, but being with her will definitely make your heart swell, figuratively of course. She has the gentlest nature about her; her body language is always soft and wiggly. You can see joy on her face when giving her even the smallest amount of attention. She wants to stay close, and often sits at my feet, peering up at me, causing me-of course, to shower her with another round of kisses. And she''s not bashful about returning those kisses, either. Zena does more than cuddle and kiss, though! She walks beautifully on the leash, seems housetrained, and is friendly and sociable toward other dogs. She''s quiet in her kennel, takes treats nicely and has all the makings of a great family dog. Zena does have some missing fur on her back and neck, but she is still gorgeous and has the most unique black spots among the white of her coat. If you want all the sweetness of candy without the calories, ask to meet Zena today!
