My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Angel is a 10 year old min pin surrendered because her owners are moving into an apartment where they can't have pets. She's nervous at first but bonds quickly and will be a loyal loving companion in a calmer adult home. Unfortunately she was never spayed and as a result has a large mammary tumor which needs to be removed, and will also be getting a much needed dental as her teeth are infected and rotting. Please email njwoof@cs.com if you would like to foster or adopt this little chubby old lady once she's feeling better...
We take in many seniors like her that need extensive and expensive medical care in order to prepare them to start their new lives. Please consider donating so we can continue to help keep these neediest dogs out of shelters and get the the care they deserve.

We do not have a shelter- all our pets are in foster homes and can be seen by appointment only during the week, or at our weekly pet adoptions every Sunday at the Animal Clinic of Morris Plains from 12:30 to 3PM at 3009 Route 10 East next to 5 Star Car Wash (formerly Boulder Car Wash) in Morris Plains (Denville on GPS). To help us better match a pet to your household, we request you fill out an application on our homepage www.secondchance.petfinder.com and copy and paste it into an email, or print it and bring it to our adoption day when you come. Local inquiries only please- we do not do long distance adoptions.
