DOB June 16, 2016.

Michael (Mikey) is an adorable and rambunctious kitten with lots of personality! Like all kittens, his number one passion, after food of course, is playing so he can turn anything into a “toy”. His absolute favourite though is a little fluffy ball that he can play fetch with for hours. He will literally bring the ball back to you every time you throw it for him and drop it into your hands. Or at your feet. Or in his water bowl. But he’s also great at playing on his own. Since he’s still learning, he loves to explore and he also likes to follow you around and will sometimes walk right in front of you to get your attention so you have to make sure that he doesn’t get underfoot.

Mikey came to TCR as a stray little kitten who had been separated from his mother and siblings at a very young age. Because he didn’t have his brothers or sisters to wrestle with, he sometimes tries to wrestle with the arms and hands of his people pals. Gently saying no and giving him a stuffed toy to wrestle with instead has helped him a lot. Also, if he doesn’t want to be picked up, he may nibble on your fingers, but ignoring him for a minute or two does the trick! Mikey loves to be around people and he loves other cats too. He is very clever and he learns quickly and is pretty fearless. But mostly he is just full of love and joy! Mikey is looking for a family that will welcome his boundless and happy energy (he's not a laid back little dude!) into their home.
