Maisy's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Maisy's Story...
Maisy is approx. 6-7 mos. old and has been at the shelter since August when she was brought in with her sister Daisy who was adopted. Maisy remains at the shelter & wonders why she has not been adopted. Maisy is well behaved during vet visits and recently attended a "blessing" at a local church. Maisy has the type of disposition that wants to please, and that, together with her intelligence should make her easy to train. She has now become more active and jumps when first let out of kennel to go for a leash walk but settles once starting to walk. She loves to walk the county road in front of the shelter and explore. She is awfully pretty!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maisy, a Princeton Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Princeton, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Princeton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Princeton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Princeton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Princeton paves the way for another one to be saved.
