Buddy's Story...
Buddy is between 7-7 years old. His elderly owner died & Buddy was brought to the shelter by a family member. We really don;t know why the family member would not keep Buddy as he mentioned that Buddy & his former owner were so attached. He also mentioned that buddy would go to a spot in the woods & just sit like he was waiting for his owner. We believe Buddy could have been used as a breed dog. He is very laid back and is a shelter favorite as he is so well mannered. He keeps his kennel really clean so we believe he may have been in his previous owner's home much of the time. Buddy is going to make someone a faithful companion. Fully vetted.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Princeton Foxhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Foxhound for sale in Princeton, or seeking a Foxhound dog from a breeder in Princeton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Princeton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Princeton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Foxhound breeders who help with Foxhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Princeton paves the way for another one to be saved.
