Meet Stringer! This easy-going dude is one amazing dog! When we rescued Stringer he was in rough shape and a lot of pain. Turns out he had an injured spine. But don't feel too bad for this guy. Stringer is a goofy, happy, sweet and snuggly! He tolerates cats and is great with other dogs and really wants to play with them, but until he clears medical restriction, he can only watch for now. Stringer is crate and house trained. He also loves car rides, bones, rawhides, frozen Kongs, de-stuffing toys!

If you're interested in adopting Stringer, please visit our website to learn about our adoption process and to fill out an application, here. All of our dogs will be micro-chipped, spayed or neutered, and up-to-date on vaccinations at the time of adoption.

Gateway Pet Guardians is proud to offer a variety of mixed breed dogs available for adoption. However, please keep in mind that we rarely know the genetic background of the animals we rescue and, as such, we cannot guarantee the exact breed combinations found within this dog. Just know that this dog is probably a variety of several different breeds that have combined to create one very amazing and unique animal.
