Harley's Story...
Senior Sweet Girl

Meet Harley she is about 8 yrs old.  She is a Beagle mix.  She is a super sweet girl. In just a few days of being in her foster home she is doing great.  No need for crating her either.  She gets along with cats, kids, and other dogs.

One of her favorite things to do is lay on the couch and just relax. If you are looking for an easy going dog that would love to share your couch with this is the girl. She is on a diet as she weights about 10 lbs too much.

This animal is up to date on all shots, dewormed, and spayed/neutered. They have been heartworm tested (negative) and on prevention.  The adoption fee is $200.00 If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harley, a Akron Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Akron, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Akron.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Akron already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Akron breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Akron paves the way for another one to be saved.
