How handsome is Argo?! Argo was surrendered by his family to us. They had a life change that was going to impact the time they could give Argo and they wanted him to be in a home that was going to be the right fit. Argo is still young and is currently working on some of his commands. He knows the basics, is house trained, can sit and stay, and will lay on his bed when asked. Argo is also working on his leash skills in his foster home and he loves heading out on walks, hikes, and runs. Argo is a good sized boy so we are looking for a family who has some dog experience, Husky knowledge, and time to continue his training progress. He is an active boy who loves the water. Argo settles in nicely at night and will head to his dog bed where sleeps through the night. He sometimes likes to find cool tile to sleep on during warmer nights. Argo would like to find a family who is active and likes to take their dog places with them. This beauty will need daily exercise and playtime. He is not a dog who can be left home all day long with limited exercise or attention. Argo would prefer a family who is going to be around more often than not. Argo is fostered with a few other dogs and a 7 year child. He loves playing with the dogs and being with his human brother, but no kitties for this sweet boy, he is far too interested in them. Argo would probably do better with kids who are a little older, he is a bit big and happy and can easily knock over smaller ones. Argo enjoys playing with other dogs, he likes to run around and enjoys the rough and tumble type of play, he would do better with dogs that like to play like he does. If you are ready to meet this sweetheart, filling out an adoption application on our website is your first step.
The adoption includes the altering of the dog, current vaccinations, and microchipping.
