Check out this handsome, 2 year old, 45 pound Husky mix named Zane.  This boy is extremely smart, ready and willing to do whatever you ask him to.  He is very social and loves everyone he meets.  In his eyes they are all friends and potential new playmates.  He is looking for someone who will work with his eagerness to learn.  Zane will thrive best in an active family (one with another dog to wear him out) that can keep up with his energy.  He loves long walks, hikes and just playing outside for hours on end.  Due to his boundless energy, we encourage a fenced yard so he can run around and just be a dog.  He is great with people (kids included) and is on the fence with cats.  He is a big 45 lb ball of love who will still act like a puppy wanting to be in your lap.  If you are looking for a dog that wants to please you to no end, run circles around you and your kids, but snuggle in bed at night then ZANE is the boy for you.  PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

About Critter Cavalry Rescue New England - VT

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Companion Rescue give them a chance to have a life?

Our Adoption Process...

Most all our dogs are fostered in Tennessee and transport up to the Northeast or New England. Our fees start at $500 and can be higher depending on the dog and circumstances for their vetting. All fees cover the health certificate, transportation up to designated places for families to pick up their pre-adopted dog, spay/neuter, rabies, all shots, fecal and dewormings, microchip, complete vet check up and 4 way heartworm test if dogs are older than 8 months.
