Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gorgeous Greta is a great gal - all goofiness and goodness! Greta is 3 1/2 month old Black and Tan Coonhound puppy, likely purebred. She arrived at ACL as a stray, if you can believe it, and she's spent the last week or two enjoying her time being the center of attention here at the shelter. This lady is sweet and playful to the max, with none of the puppy mouthiness that usually characterizes this age (knock on wood!). She's a big puppy who's grown a lot in a short time, so her adopters should plan for a big adult dog. She'll do great with a family with children, other dogs, or cats - she can learn anything at this impressionable age! Coonhounds are working dogs by nature, so her adopters should be prepared for lots of exercise and adventures. It's going to be awhile before this lady is a couch potato! She'll need a caretaker who is home regularly to work on training and give her lots to do, but she's sure to enrich your life for years to come.
