Wanna meet a roller derby queen? You can now! The name's Joanie and that's what my foster mom tells me I am. A little rough around the edges, like a diamond, and plenty tough. I live with three big playful dogs, and I gotta be able to take what they dish out. I'm really sweet and kids don't faze me.... I LOVE EVERYBODY! Well, cats make me a little nervous, so I try to give them their space. I'm housetrained, but yards are great tooo, and I'm not much of a barker. If you say, "Let's go to bed", I'm off to my crate. But a treat tossed in makes me one happy girl. Come meet a real roller derby queen today!
Hail Mary Rescue, a 501c3 non profit, saves dogs from southeast Louisiana shelters with limited hold time and space. It is a foster-based rescue which gives pets the opportunity to live in home settings where they are house and crate trained, learn basic obedience commands, and are well socialized, many with children and other dogs. Exposure to cats depends on the foster's home. All dogs are completely vetted, vaccinated, spay/neutered, and micro-chipped prior to adoption. Visit our website today, (www.hailmaryrescue.com) to meet your new best friend. If you fall in love with one of our dogs, please submit an adoption application, so a foster or volunteer to contact you within 24 hours. Thank you for considering adoption of a rescued shelter pet.
