Remington's Story...
Remington, Remie for short, is an amazing young 10 week old little lady. She was the second one born in her litter and is a very bold leader who will try new adventures. She loves her play time and definitely wants you to be a part of the fun and games. Her beautiful white fur is so soft and she enjoys cuddles (unless she decides you are her nap pillow). The two black dots on her head set her apart from the other white kittens in her litter. Though very playful, she is a gentle kitten and would be a fantastic addition to any indoor household.

Remington is FIV/Leuk negative, she is current on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and dewormed. Fill out an application for this gorgeous kitten here: http://forrescue.net/cat-application/ She is located in Huntsville, AL, but he is available for adoption in your area!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Remington, a Chattanooga Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
